Miss Hannah has always been beautiful, but for her one year portrait session she was an absolute doll! Most one year olds are walking, crawling or even running all over the place and you just have to do your best to keep up. Dainty Miss Hannah was so refined and sweet, she stayed put anywhere we placed her! Her parents insist that she is a wild girl at home, but she was a completely refined little lady for me!
Olyn came up with the perfect word to describe Jack and Mallie– “Animated”. They are just that– full of energy (without being naughty), super excited about their world, loving and most of all fun. Mallie is as bouncy as her curly hair and Jack is just as sweet as he could be. It was a whirlwind session, but I really enjoyed every minute of it and I am still laughing at their silliness as I go through the images!
I was so honored when fellow photographer Beth Johnson asked me to create her first family portrait. Beth is a wonderful friend, and one of the least difficult or demanding people I have ever met. I had the greatest laugh when Baby M decided that for her portrait session she would be a bit of a diva. 🙂 Of course it would be the photographer’s baby who refused to sleep for her newborn portraits! Despite her best efforts, we did manage to get her to sleep and I just love how their family portraits turned out!
Little Miss Abigail may only be two months old, but she is full of smiles and silly expressions! Usually babies this age are very quick to be grumpy about a portrait session, but Miss Abby was a super model and let us do so many different things!
Miss Helaina was a total rock star for her newborn portrait session– she was super sweet, snuggly and sleepy! You really can’t ask for more from a newborn! And with those pinchable little cheeks- she is absolutely stinkin adorable!
