Last night, I was named the 2011 Tallahassee Photographer of the Year and Olyn was named one of the Top Three Tallahassee Photographers for 2011! These awards are from the Tallahassee Professional Photographers Guild, based on the quality of our work. Each month, we enter print competition that is judged by other Tallahassee photographers and once each year, we have certified judges that score our images in a formal competition. Through the points earned in those competitions, Olyn and I have won these titles. We are so grateful to the other photographers who scored our images so highly and I am personally grateful to Olyn for being such a driving force in challenging me and keeping me on my toes! It was truly the best way we could ever imagine ending the year!

Thank you so much to everyone who voted for us as Tallahassee’s Best Photographer in the 2011 Tally Awards! We have been named to the final three! We are super excited that we might be able to add another Tally Award to our awards case! We so appreciate this award, as it is chosen directly by the people of Tallahassee– our clients. We so value each and every one of you and hearing you value us as well just means the world to us! So thank you Tallahassee!

Mr. Casey is now a mover and crawler! This little cutie was EVERYWHERE during his nine month session! Good thing his mommy is so adept at catching him! 🙂 It definitely made for a very funny time in the studio!

I don’t think I have ever met a baby snugglier than Audrey! This little chunky monkey wants nothing more than hug and cuddle! She is perfectly content to stay in one place and just be with you. I won’t lie, I have to get my fair share of her snuggles each time she comes in!

Miss Ruby is such a big, independent self sufficient little thing! Don’t even think about getting in her way or telling her no… she will tell you what she thinks in a skinny minute! 🙂 I can’t lie, I love it! Probably just because its so much like me!
